Welcome To Shenandoah Performance

Welcome to Shenandoah Performance! Established in early 2012, Shenandoah Performance has become the prominent strength and conditioning facility in the Shenandoah Valley. Our all-inclusive program develops individuals, athletes and teams to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and plyometrics are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. We teach functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

A typical fitness class at Shenandoah Performance requires only an hour of your time and will include a warmup, skill or strength work and a conditioning or aerobic capacity workout. We welcome everyone with open arms. If you're a collegiate athlete, father of two or grandmother of six, we are more than willing to help you reach your fitness goals!
