Welcome To Shenandoah Performance - CrossFit Abrams Creek

Welcome to Shenandoah Performance, home of CrossFit Abrams Creek! Established in early 2012, Shenandoah Performance has become the prominent strength and conditioning facility in the Shenandoah Valley. Our all-inclusive program develops individuals, athletes and teams to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and plyometrics are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. We teach functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

A typical CrossFit class at Shenandoah Performance requires only an hour of your time and will include a warmup, skill or strength work and a conditioning or aerobic capacity workout. We welcome everyone with open arms. If you're a collegiate athlete, father of two or grandmother of six, we are more than willing to help you reach your fitness goals!
